Thanks all, I have had my thermie for nearly 2 years and im a Chef who is lucky enough to use one at work too.. :) :) :) :)

I had tried heaps of recipes from here over the last few days and am about to start another round of things for the kids today..We are a family of four...

I love this forum , its awesome....... mel x

Just on the offchance that you haven't already seen them, do have a look at these two threads in particular . . tried, tested, true recipes!!
