Title: Curry chicken soup

Name of Recipe: curry chicken soup
Number of People: 4 people
Ingredients:

1 clove garlic
200 grams diced bacon
20 grams olive oil
Small bunch mixed herbs
1 carrot diced
200 grams diced chicken thighs
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn kernels
3 cups chicken stock
2 tsp curry powder ( adjust to your taste)
1/3 cup arborio rice


Preparation:
1) add onion cut into quarters, garlic and herbs into TM bowl, chop 3 seconds, speed 1
2) add oil and curry powder, sauté 2 minutes, 100 deg. Speed 1
Add corns, carrots, bacon, diced chicken, rice, stock and cook 18 mins, 100 deg, reverse, speed 1

This recipe came from my sister and is a family favourite, I have converted this for TM to save cooking time.

Congratulations on your first recipe posting Chef Rhonda. 

Perhaps you could pop over to the introduce yourself section on the home page and tell us a bit about yourself, how long you've had your Thermomix, where you live etc.

It's cool and rainy here in WA so I decided this soup would be lovely for our dinner.  I made it exactly as per the recipe and we all absolutely love it!   I expect to be making this soup often.  Thank you for this wonderful recipe.   :)
