Hi everyone,
I am a working mom of a 6-year old, and have an old T21 European Thermomix that I would like to put to use for her school lunches.
Do you have any suggestion on a specific transformer to be used in the US, or has anyone already tried a transformer in their house that they would suggest?

Welcome to the forum, I'm sure someone will be able to give you some advise unfortunately I can't on that problem, maybe ring the electric company and ask them or a shop that sells such things ,make the Thermomix with you to make sure it works before buying anything.

Thank you,
I am in the US.
I have contacted three electrical stores in town, and only one of them has suggested a 3000watt transformer, $140 including shipping, but could not assure results, and I am afraid that this could burn my T21 in case of malfunctioning.
Thanks for the suggestions, I am excited to try new recipes from this blog
