Title: Recipe review Bacon & egg pies, Quick Fix Every Occasion, pg 219

We had these for lunch today and my DH said they were superb!

Easy recipe to follow. I only made half quantity - 6 pies. I did cook them for longer than 20 minutes, as some of my egg white was still runny. I can't stand runny egg white, so I cooked them until the white was solid (then the yolk was over cooked). It didn't matter about the yolks, they were still yummy.

Love the sound of these Katie and the fact that they can be 90% prepared the day beforehand makes them a great addition to any brunch get together.  I feel like throwing a brunch party just so that I can show these off to my guests  ;D My DD does brunch quite often, must show her this recipe.

Thanks for the review Katie. I saw these in the book and wondered if anyone had made them yet?
