Title: Edamame review pg 169 Quick Fix Every Occasion

I bought a pack of frozen edamame beans from an Asian grocery store and followed the recipe as stated. We had them as a side dish to the miso roasted chicken (from Quick Fix in the Thermomix). They were delicious - my 4 year old especially loved them 5/5

What do they taste like emjrose?

Hard to describe but I googled it and people describe them as tasting like a cross between lima beans and green peas. I really like the texture of them and half the fun is popping them out of the shell with your teeth. Great healthy snack.

I've never tasted these, but DS has boiled them on the stove and loves them
