We are now looking to do the Oonadatta track. That I think will be fun, but DH dragged me out this morning looking at camper trailers. He thinks he will build one. :-)) :-))
I don't mind the building of it, just that I have to listen to and look at all the plans, and then the new plans and then the next ideas and on and on. It is wonderful that he is so busy and I love him dearly, BUT I have just got over all the planning for the last one.

Post by: Thermesa on September 07, 2013, 11:26:15 am: Cookie1 I hear you. My DH built his last trailer (not a camper trailer but room for a bed if I ever send him to the dog house) and fortunately has a friend to discuss over engineering large boxes on wheels.

He plans a 5 week trip through central Australia next winter. Our last trip was with 2 smaller boys with a hilux. He now has to work out how to fit everything into (or onto) his dream land cruiser.

I'm going to get a Kribbett for my DD. It's her birthday a week after Christmas and its always a struggle to think of something new for her.
