Title: Quick Fix-Every Occasion, Sticky Sauce p 177

The Sticky Sauce was yummy.

I didn't have any orange juice, so added wine. Didn't have any tamari, so used soy sauce. I did have all the other ingredients though and it smelled divine whilst cooking. I poured it over steamed broccoli fresh from the garden - very nice.

Will put the remainder on pork chops tonight.

Will make this one again for sure.

I agree with Nikkit. This sauce is very yummy. I used pine orange juice and balsamic vinegar instead of black vinegar. Served over pork chops. Definitely jazzed up the chops. Seems to be a forgiving recipe and worth a try. Will make again.
