Another good one from this cookbook. Preparation was very quick (just a quick whizz of all the ingredients in the thermomix). I let it marinade overnight and just pop it in the oven for 30 mins before serving.The chicken was full of flavor and very juicy. It was also enjoyed very much by the husband packed in a lunchbox with rice. Since I still have lots of miso, will make this again very soon.
