Hi everyone! I have had my TM for about 6 weeks now. I stumbled upon this forum whilst at the supermarket getting the ingredients for the goulash in the EDC. I was hunting for sherry vinegar which I have since found out was a misprint in the recipe!!

Glad I found this forum to hopefully get some hints and share new recipes  :)

I've made some chicken and beef stock today to have on hand, next stop will be chocolate chip cookies!

I am in Victoria, Australia. I cook for 4 people. I work full time, so I haven't used it as much as I thought (hubby gets to use it more than me!), but I am slowly building up my time using it!
