Title: Reading forum on Ipad
Post by: wendy111 on August 17, 2013, 04:30:48 am
Until recently I have been reading this forum on my Ipad but several weeks ago, when I clicked on a link in an email from this forum , a message appeared which said - Sorry wendy111, you are banned form using this forum! If I go to this forum via google it still wont let me in.

I can still read the forum using my computer. It is just my Ipad that has the problem.

I have tried logging in again but that doesn't help. I love reading this forum but I have never sent a message before so it can't be that I have said anything to upset someone. Any ideas how I can fix this problem?  ???

Wendy

Perhaps you could cancel your membership to this forum then rejoin us Wendy.  I'd then go straight over to the Introduce Yourself section on the home page and tell us a bit more about yourself eg how long you've had your TMX and what recipes from the forum you have tried. Sorry, I don't know what the problem could be.

Hi Wendy and Judydawn
I am having the same problem on my iPad while I'm travelling in Poland. No trouble on my computer in Australia. I have managed to get to this section through Tapatalk which is an App I paid for.  Do you think it is the iPad or not being in Australia???

Just another note... I was told "sorry guest"  but it didn't show my username.

I'd say keep trying every now and then. iPads seem to do silly things occasionally. Good luck.

You may have already done this but

1.  Close down all apps etc
2.  Power down completely
3.  Maybe unbookmark the website, and then start afresh

Do you remember what link you clicked onto, or what sort of link it was ie. one of the advertising links or something within the forum that someone had referenced?

If you manage to get things going again, can you put it here as it will be likely that in the future someone else will experience the same
