Hi everyone!
my name is Sonia, and I'm writing from Valladolid, a small city in Spain. I've had my thermomix from a year and a half now, and I'm always looking for new recipes in the Internet, so when I found you guys I saw Heaven!! My husband and I love Asian and Thai food, but we haven't been able to find many Thai recipes for TH up until now.
Thanks in advance for all your knowledge and please feel free to ask for any Spanish recipe you want, I'll try to look for it and translate it for you in my "inglés pachanguero" as we say here.

Hi Sonia. Lcome o reform. We have several other Spanih members  and a couple for Portugal. Nice to get some of your favourites here.

Sonia, welcome to the Forum.  My DH and I will be visiting Spain soon and no doubt will be impressed with the food.  I will probably request help in making some exciting dishes.  Feel free to use any of my recipes and ask for help if needed.

Welcome Sonia. Valladolid is very special to me. That was my first trip abroad many years ago, when I studied in university. I was a member of an international student organisation, and was selected to represent Asia Pacific in an European meeting held in Valladolid . Loved the warmth of the Spanish people xx
