Title: Recipe Review - Cheesy Bechamel Sauce - Baby & Toddler Book

I made one quanitity of this as I needed it for another recipe in the book (Chicken & Broccoli in Cheese Sauce).

Simple and straightforward. I didn't leave it to stand longer to thicken so the photo shows the consistency as soon as it's done.

It was a good texture and flavour, probably a little milder than an adult version.
