Hi Miss Cazz. I am visiting your lovely state from WA at the moment. Tonight we are camped in Wilpena Pound.

Thanks peeps.
Oh Cookie1. That's a beautiful part of the state. Camping rocks. I've already decided on what I can use my Thermy for in prep for my next camping trip. Or cutting food and making dips for munches.

Tonight I used Thermy to dice a full roast chicken for sandwichs. My son is amazed. 3 quick turbo bursts and its done. Would have taken me 20min with a knife.

Love love love.
Did I say love my Thermy ;D

Hello Miss Cazz.  I used to make all my dogs food by hand. Lots of chop chop chopping. Now it is turbo one two three.

G'day! Am a very proud South Aussie too!

I have YET to buy a Thermomix; a very good friend is a rep

I will be playing with a demo one to see if it suits my food lifestyle soon and would love to learn more about all world cuisines and in limiting sugar; do a lot of cooking and baking exclusively with Xylitol

I would also like to have a "buddy system" to help me convert current recipe, so I can understand more about what with the machine I can do!

Thank you!

Your demonstrator can become your buddy too.. I text mine at 9pm the other night cause I couldn't work out what I'd done wrong when all I wanted to do was heat and froth milk. Managed to work it out myself. But she did text me back later with the answer

I tried to make gnocchi tonight. Total fail. Tasted like flour.  Yuk. But I know where I went wrong.  So I may try again

Now to try to make bread. Wish me luck :) :o
