Title: Hello From Mexico

My name is Margarita and I live in Mexico City.  I love to eat and cook and I have been using Thermomix since April, and now i feel confident on adapting my own recipes to prepare them with it.
 I'm glad to join this forum, it really looks very good and well organized.

Welcome to the forum, Magos.  Good that you have started converting your own recipes, I am sure there are many of us on the forum who would love some tasty Mexican recipes if you wished to share with us.

Hello Margarita, welcome to the forum.  Some of our members have recently attended Mexican TMX cooking demonstrations which were very popular so I'm sure there will be many looking forward to some more Mexican recipes to try.

Welcome Margarita, it's always great to have new forum members from different locations. Looking forward to hearing about your cooking. Mexico is on my list of must visit locations, we almost got there last year but unfortunately had to cut our holiday short.

Hi Margarita. Welcome to the forum . In past years I spent a lot of time in Mexico City and have a Goddaughter there. Wonderful City with a rich history. I am so sad to see the economy in poor shape .  You have a cornucopia of fresh foods and the Thermomix is a real advantage for Mexican Cuisine. I hope you will share your recipes with us as you adapt them.

Thanks for all your welcome messages. I see a lot of excitement for Mexican food. Please feel free to ask me for any type of recipe or Mexican cookbooks (in Spanish or English).  I can't promise they will be adapted for Thermomix, at least for some time until I adapt my favorites and I translate them for you.
