Not sure if this is the right section or not :) Just looking for some quick lunch ideas for when friends stop over that can be made in the thermomix. Besides soup as that's always a given ;)

Quick lunches, probably plenty on here but the first one that came to mind was Garlic Oil & Chilli Pasta (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=376.0) which is so easy to whip up if you have unexpected visitors for lunch.
Then there's Chookies Sage & Black Pepper Risotto (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=9739) which has simple ingredients usually on hand and is very tasty too.

That pasta sounds delicious. Might try that for dinner tonight.

We just had this tonight for dinner and it was amazing. Hubby was mopping up the bowl with the bread rolls I made and the house smells so good. I ran some over to my neighbour because she has been on the fence about buying so I let her sample everything I make. She loved it as well. Thanks for suggesting it.

My pleasure CK, I must make it again for myself - it is amazing.
