Method:
1. Peel and chop even chunks of parsnips and add 1000g of boiling water in TM bowl 10 minutes / 90 degrees / Speed 1.
2. Add 300g cauliflower florets to jug 10 minutes / Varoma / Speed 1. You can also steam some veggies in the top Varoma dish like I did ie. head of broccoli florets.
3. Drain and purée jug veggies with 1- 2 tablespoons milk and 2 teaspoons horseradish cream 20 seconds / Speed 4.

Just saw JO's parsnip purée here too. Having a nice slow cooked lamb dish with it.
