Hi Maria - and a very warm welcome!!  You'll have a lot of fun on here!  Just so many recipes to try, tips and hints.  Any problem at all (whether it be with food/cooking or not ;) ) pop your question on here and before too long you should have lots of advice, solutions, etc.  Looking forward to hearing more from you soon.

By the way, check out this list if you haven't already done so . . . CreamPuff63's list of tried and tested favourite recipes. CreamPuff has already linked them for you so just click on whatever title you're interested in and it'll take you straight to the recipe . .

Hi Maria, I am Spanish, (live in Sydney, Australia) I have had my thermomix for 2 years and love it. I have a couple of recipe books from Spain which I love, Imprescindible, Las recetas de nuestas presentadoras , cuesta menos con thermomix vol 1 and 2, do you have these books, if so what are your favoaurite recipes in them. What part of Spain are you from?
