Title: Baby & Toddler Book - Carrot, Potato & Zucchini Frittata Fingers
Post by: kmw on June 20, 2013, 05:51:28 am
I made this recipe out of the Baby & Toddler Book today for my 10 month old lunch & it was a real winner.  My little girl love being able to hold the fingers & feed herself.  I had it too for lunch & loved it.  I have some for DH lunch tomorrow & 2 more lunches for my daughter.

I didn't change anything in the recipe other than I cooked it for 30 mins at 180C, as it was definitely not cooked at 15 mins in my oven.

Sorry no pics keep on forgetting about this part.

I liked the look of that one too kmw, the photo in the book is so vivid and inviting.

Sound great - found this while searching for easy lunch ideas for my 11month old. May have to look at getting the book, once I get into the swing of using TM. :)

That indeed it is, Judy!!  I'm giving one as a gift to my osteopath, a new dad.  They don't have a tmx (yet!!) but in any case the recipes are inspirational!! :D :D
