Title: Chocolate Steamed Puddigs

After receiving my Thermie around a week ago I have been cooking up a storm! I have just made the steamed Chocolate Puddings from the budget book however using the cornflour made them really grainy......any suggestions? Coconut flour?Rice flour? They didnt rise like the recipe either.

Interesting.

I just use any old chocolate pudding recipe and steam them - so maybe find one you already like. There are some on here.
