Title: Recipe review - crustless quiches from Baby and Toddler Book
Post by: astarra on May 21, 2013, 03:38:10 am
Just made these for the girls, they have been recieved very well, even by vege hating neice!!!  :D
I have not tried one myself but they smell soooooo good.  :)
Was a bit worried as the mix was so runny, but cooked up just fine. (No flour in them is probably why the mix was so runny!!)
Definate 5/5 from all here so far!

I made this for the boys tonight. I halved the recipe and only made six. These were delicious and well received by the boys. Will definitely be making these again! 5/5

I made these this week for my daughter & she loved them.  I also had some for lunch & then freezer the rest in fingers for her lunch later.

I just made one big one as I didn't have a small muffin tin.  Next time I think I will put a few more vegies in it.

Made these today for the girls. Both 2 year old and almost 10 month old enjoyed them. Very quick and easy.

My only problem is they stuck to the muffin tin tray even though I greased them with oil. Despite soaking and several attempts at cleaning, the remainder won't budge. I think it's the tin that is cheaper though and I shouldn't've used it in the first place.

Tasty, I have the same problem happen every time I make Amy's quiches. I think it's my tin too.
