Recipe Name: Hungarian Goulash
Book Name: Everyday Coobook
Tweaking details:
Score: (4/5)
I made this a few weeks ago, but just realised that no one has reviewed it yet.
I really liked it. Easy to make. I doubled the meat quantity and add a tiny bit more of all the wet ingredients, but it didn't really need it. The sauce was sufficient as it is. I could have perhaps cooked it longer to let the sauce reduce more, as I had used a cheap meat cut.
I served mine on steamed quinoa with veggies.
I am sure I took a photo, but I can't seem to find it on the iphone!

I've made it too, Paperfreak. We loved it. I thought I had reviewed it?? Getting forgetful. Anyway, glad you enjoyed it.

I didn't see a review on the EDC review page here: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=8487.0
Looks like yours is from a different cook book.
What is the Fast and Easy cookbook?
Probably the same recipe though.

It's the UK cookbook that comes supplied with the TM here paperfreak.
And yes the recipe is similar just a couple of different spices.

I make this all the time, and like you paperfreak I double the amount of meat so I have plenty left over for the freezer. This is one of my 9yo's favourite meals.
