Ingredients:
300g fruit juice (e.g. cherry or grape juice)
60g tapioca
1000g assorted red fruit (e.g. rhubarb, cherries, berries)
1) Put juice and tapioca in TMX bowl and cook 3m/100C/speed 1 1/2. Then cook gently 10m/60C/speed 2.
2) Add fruit and cook about 5m/100C/ :-:/speed 1-2. Use spatula to push fruit down.

Sounds simple too - one for Warren. Healthy tapioca pud.
