Title: My 5 Seed Bread is crumbly!

I've made the 5 seed bread from the new EDC and it's crumbly when try to make sandwiches with it.  Any hints to avoid this? :)

Meganjana why not give one of he recipes in the breads thread a go.  I have not had much luck with the EDC bread recipes. I use this one (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?board=30.60) most of the time, you can add what seeds etc that you like to it.

Also read the two threads at the top of the Bread topic, there are a lot of other peoples hints and tips in them.  AChookwoman is our resident bread expert.

Meganjana,  all the bread recipes in the original EDC are poor.  It is mostly the method that is wrong. The new EDC has changed the method,  as recommended by Forum members and has improved these recipes.  Follow DD's advice, and try some of the recipes from here. Read the comments and ask for help f needed.  Good luck and have fun.
