Title: Re: Carrot Cake - Exclusively Food Adaptation (Sugar amount correct?)
Post by: littlebitofthyme on May 14, 2013, 03:55:43 am
I was just wondering if the sugar amount in the Carrot cake recipe was correct?

I made it this morning - half as muffins for the lunch boxes, and the other half in a slice tin.

It turned out super super sweet....

Cheers,

Tash

I haven't made this recipe LBT But this recipe (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3451.0) by ozzy-dj only has 160g of sugar and has good reviews from forum members.
