Hi there
I'm a proud new Thermomix owner. I've had her for about 2 weeks and can't believe how much I've used it! I am a proud mom of 3 kids - 3.5 year old boy and 6 month old twins and healthy eating is important to us. We've cut out all packaged and processed foods and are trying to eat clean close to nature foods with the odd treat too but trying to use things like honey instead of sugar. I'm allergic to gluten, soy and peanut and my baby daughter has cow's milk protein allergy so she can't have dairy neither can I as I'm breastfeeding the twins so after some nice new recipes.
Things I've made so far - thai green curry in a hurry, risotto, cashew nut custard, normal custard, nut milks, five seed bread, peanut butter, balsamic reduction, hommus, banana icecream, chocolate sorbet, various sorbets and fruity dreams, sundried tomato and cashew dip.
Look forward to 'meeting' you all.
