Title: Herb and garlic foccacia rolls

This recipe is adapted from 4 ingredients thermo recipe book

300g lukewarm water
2 tsp olive oil
7g dry yeast
500g bakers flour
1 1/2 teas salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp garlic

Chop garlic 2-3 sec speed 4 set aside
Place water, oil and yeast in the tm bowl 5 secs speed 3
add flour, salt, herbs, and garlic  :: 2 mins

Turn the dough out into a large lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling film. Leave to rest in a warm place for 30 mins or until it has doubled in size. Preheat oven 210C. With TM spatula cut dough into four or smaller if require. mound into a round flat shape. I pasted the top with tomato sauce, ham and grated cheese but can use any topping you like. Bake for 15 mins.

These look very nice,  but I don't know why they are called focaccia,  when the recipe is your standard bread recipe.
