Title: Chookie's Pickled Cucumber Salad

Thought I'd put this link (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10868.570) in this topic.  It will take you to the page where Chookie tells us about this salad and Michele experiments with soaking times. Worth knowing where to find this one by the sounds of it.

It is very easy and the taste is amazing. I love pickled and you can adjust the acidic and sweet to meet your palate.  :D

Michele, I have been keeping some of this,  made up,  in a jar in the fridge.  We are eating it with all sorts of meals.  Today with frilled fish.
