Title: Searching for a particular recipe... Do you have it?

Dear all
It's only occurred to me tonight that I could ask you about a recipe that I cut out of a Sunday newspaper supplement, used, loved and then lost.

It was a puy (I think) lentil & potato braise with fennel seeds. I seem to remember it having an almost unholy amount if olive oil in it -250ml- I think.

I've occasionally looked online, checked out smh 's website, and asked around. No joy.

Please let me know if you know of it!

Judy, it was more by luck than good management.  I just googled the recipe using as much information (ingredients,etc.) as I could.  It actually came up in another forum and mentioned the book - which I have.  Oddly enough, it's a book that I've had for ages but not used that much.  I'm inclined now to take a new and closer look at the book and to try more things from it.  So this has also done me a favour!

If anyone would like the recipe, I'm more than happy to share it . . ;D  Certainly not confident enough to attempt a TMX conversion so I can't post it directly but I can email it privately . . 8)

Have a tax exam tomorrow so will be brief - and haven't yet tried this version out... But wanted to congratulate you recipe hunters and marvel at my lack of success.
It was only just now that I realised that I don't think it was the smh after all....

Anyway... If you get a moment on Friday am, please send a good vibe in my direction!!!
