For anyone interested the ladies from 4 ingredients have a thermo book on sale at their website called thermostruck. The deal says until 14th March $12.50 or until sold out but I just bought mine ok. address is www.4ingredients.com.au
-
:D I grabbed on yester looks interesting!!
-
What are these recipes like? I don't like the original books as they use too many cans and packets.
Are the Thermostruck recipes the same with lots of prepackaged foods counted as ingredients?
Thanks
-
They don't have lots of pre packaged ingredients like other 4 ingredients books. IMO there are a couple of recipes I might make but I've just donated my copy to the local second hand shop....
-
There are also a couple of other threads about it that others might want to check out before purchasing...
-
What are the threads please?

I thought there might be another one too but I can't find it right now. Just be careful about posting prices etc of competitor products (rule # 5.?), however reviews etc are fine....

Thank you Jamberie. Questions answered will give this one a miss.
-
ohhh sorry I didnt realise. I haven't read any reviews I just grabbed a copy of the new book.
-
I bought it when it was first released so there weren't any reviews...I've got the recipe for the passionfruit cheesecake and that's the only one I really wanted! I'm sure you'll find a few good ideas and you got it for a bargain...I didn't mean to offend, it'll be interesting to hear what you think....just wait til you see the picture of the pumpkin risotto :)

Not offended, all good. I just didn't realise there had been other threads about this book.

I absolutely love this book. It has heaps of porridge recipes, a fantastic garlic and foccacia recipe. The breakfast recipes are great. I have been making one where you chop oats, almonds and chia seeds and then make porridge.
All the recipes use fresh ingredients. No package stuff. I rate this book really highly and thoroughly recommend it to anyone!
