Title: Quisotto?

In November last year I made a pumpkin and zucchini quisotto but for the life of me I can't find the recipe.  :-\

Do you happen to know where I might find this?

Ok googled it Risotto made with a quinoa instead of rice, seems you follow the recipe and the substitution. Is 1/2 a cup quinoa to 2 cups of stock but that is for a 2 person serve.

now that sounds very nice, I love red quinoa.  I would never have guessed thats what it was. I was thinking maybe a cross between a quiche and a risotto thanks Aussie Brenda  for looking it up !!

And of course Quirky Cooking (http://quirkycooking.blogspot.co.uk/#uds-search-results) has many recipes using Quinoa.
