hi my name is Judy and i have had my thermomix for around 9 months ....i am a chef by trade and am trying to get a lot of use out of it. Mostly i use it from home but looking to pick up some hand hints and recipes.

From one Judy to another - hi and welcome to the forum. You will find everything you need to know about cooking with the Thermomix on here Judy, just ask if you are looking for specific hints or recipes and cannot find them. It takes a while to work your way around the forum but you will soon get the hang of it. Where are you working and do they have a TMX in their kitchen as a lot of chefs do these days - particularly good for sauces and I've heard risotto is one of the favourite dishes it is used for in restaurants.
