Title: I have 3 Butternut Pumpkins, would love some recipes

I am making pumpkin & spinach salad today :)

We make a really yummy pumpkin, chickpea and crispy bacon salad.
Pumpkin soup, pumpkin scones, pumpkin and asparagus quiche are just some that come to mind  ;D

Love Eat Your Books.  Looked up STEAMING.  So many good things to do in Varoma

Buttercup pumpkins. Keep very well uncut.

You could stuff one Hally. Take the top off and scoop it out. Then make a nice mince mixture and fill the hole. Although with EYB I would imagine you now have lots of recipes.

I use butternut squash instead of pumpkin in my favourite risotto recipe posted by Faffa, in fact we are having it this weekend.

I made a fruit cake once that contained mashed pumpkin. Lovely color and very moist.

Yes Pumpkin Fruit Cake is delicious. Pumpkin scones are yummy too.
