Title: Budget buster coconut chicken recipe

Morning everyone
Just wondering if someone can help me out. Have a friend coming for dinner and she knows about my thermie.  Someone else has told her about the coconut chicken recipe and I wanted to cook it tonight.  Just wondered if anyone has the recipe and can share?
