I found Quark cheese online.  I have not checked out local supermarket so maybe they're there already:

I buy mine at IGA, it's available at all the supermarkets over here in the west.

I buy Paris Creek quark from my local farmers market, but it is also available at lots of supermarkets in South Australia.
