Title: Red Kidney Bean Dip

Red Kidney Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS

420gm can red kidney beans drained (reserve liquid) and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic
1tbsp tomato paste
1/2tsp paprika
60gms sundried tomatoes
salt to taste

METHOD

* Place the garlic and sun dried tomatoes in  *: and chop sp 6 for 10 seconds
* Add beans ,garlic, tomato paste and paprika to garlic mixture and blend sp 6 for 10 seconds
* Add saved bean liquid and mix to desired consistency
* Season with salt

Michele, I'm not all that keen on the red kidney beans how do you think it would be with say three bean mix?

Michele, I'm not all that keen on the red kidney beans how do you think it would be with say three bean mix?

I think it would be really good AB - I was considering doing that last week when I didn't have a tin of kidney beans.
