Title: Wafer biscuits

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to make wafer biscuits without the fillings in-between the biscuit?

Or, does anyone know where I can buy them in Australia?

My local Greek deli sells them .They are  about 12 inches or 30 cm square . They are sold in packs of  5.  Perhaps if you try  a  deli in a small shopping centre you might be in luck. I live near Oakleigh  which has large Greek community and this seems to be something they always have, as well as lots of lovely Greek cakes .These of course I try to avoid.
