Just wanted to let you all know of a great site you may want to look at, it's www.britishlarder.co.uk. Over the weekend I tried her orange tapioca-cream souffle. Makes heaps, very cheap and tastes great. As there was more mixture than I needed I am going to freeze some for later. I do this with lemon delicious mixture and it works well. As this is a similar texture I think it may work!!!!
Cheers

Thanks trudy - you need to check down the left hand side for Thermomix Recipes. It has some great recipes.
If you can't remember about the link above then Tenina has it bookmarked on the Thermomix in Australia blog.

The chef from the British Larder was on Britain's Best Dish - The Professionals (with John Burton Race) last week, but I was disappointed to note that he did not use a Thermomix :(

probably to reach a wider audience seeing as though the thermomix isnt widely known in the UK??? pity though..I have only ever seen the thermomix in the background on most cooking shows..maybe a niche there but not sure if there are enough thermomix users to get the ratings you would need to keep the show on air???

:) just bookmarked it.
thanks,Robyn

I too love that site :-* Chef Madalene at The British Larder is the one who inspired my take on the Chocolate Salami recipe that I do over and over and over again, (for festive occasions) always to great acclaim ;)

Madalene's presentation and photos are always top notch! (She is awesome!)

Yes! I subscribed to The British Larder after reading about it on Helene's blog. Thanks so much!
I made some of the "Posh Doggy Biscuits" that were in an email back during the summer. Aston was very enthusiastic about them.

I love this site too. I always look forward to the newsletters. What with the BBC Good Food newsletter, Taste and a few others I have my emails all set up to read all the time.
