Been meaning to make this post but just hadn't had time.
Just before Christmas (half way through making breadcrumbs for my Chrissy Pudding) my TC started making weird noises and the blades were turning very slow. Oh No...
Next morning, 17th of Dec I emailed NewWave with an explanation of what happened.
After a few emails back and forth, they agreed to...
Send me a replacement base unit..
and also sent a reply paid voucher to return the dead unit.
The replacement was sent before they had rec'd my dead return, and was here on the 21st of Dec. before Christmas.
Kudos to NewWave. That has to be the best service I have ever had from a company. :D

I must say TM HO here were very good to me, they sent my replacement blades within 2 days of notification. :)
