Question from my 15 yo son:
In the EDC cookbook, how many people does a recipe feed?
Good question, I assume it would be 2 or 4, any ideas?

Just going on what I've made, I'd say 4 hungry adults - we always have leftovers.

Doesn't it annoy you that each recipe doesn't state the quantities it feeds >:(
On page 2 of the EDC under Recipe Quantities it says this -
"The majority of dishes appearing under Soups and Mains along with Sauces and Salads are designed to use the capacity of the bowl. They will, in most cases, provide 4-6 adult serves. Please note that not all recipes are suitable for reducing or doubling."

Thank you both very much. I must admit I have not seen this on page 2! Mr 15 has chicken and cashews on the hop for dinner. The EDC recipes are great for him to follow.

When my DD bought her tmx this was one of the things that she commented on - recipes do not state for how many people!

I wondered this too when I got mine.
