I just discovered this comment when I clicked onto an old link of H.O's recipe blog (Australia).
Blog has been removed
Sorry, the blog at thermorecipes.blogspot.com has been removed. This address is not available for new blogs.

OH bugger :o :o I wonder what is going to happen to all the recipes that were on there?? Hope they make it over to the recipe community as there was some good ones on there. That now means that all my bookmarks to them won't work :'( :'(
-
Wonder why they did that?
-
How perplexing ???
-
Maybe they are doing some back end maintenance on their system over the xmas break?
-
Oh..........jolly gosh. I am being polite. :)
-
I never even knew there was a blog! Never go to the recipe community either as the recipes cannot be trusted.
Gert
-
Same ere Gert, what blog ???
-
In the early days they would have themed competitions and post recipes submitted by customers, others would vote on them and the winners were given prizes of books usually. Cookie, Thermomixer and I all won one at some stage. Maybe there was no need for it now they have their recipe website. I don't know how long it has been gone.
-
I'm not sure I ever knew there was a blog either.
I suppose they own all the recipes that were there now, so they'll just absorb them onto their site.
-
I'm not sure about Judy's or Thermomixers but mine is on the recipe community with no acknowledgement. I think I told them and was told that I could ask them to change it, just had to prove it was my recipe. Couldn't be bothered with it.

REALLY!! Grrrr. What *expletive deleted*, they have such a cheek. >:(

Not right to do that Cookie. Robo Gourmet did the same to me. It seems that once you post a recipe it is fair game for anyone to make a small change then publish it as their own. Makes you wonder, should you share ?
-
True Chookie. Robo Gourmet are out and out thieves. I see your 2 second salad is on there too.
-
Are you trying to get me to get my soap box out one more time before the end of the year?
It is all about ethics.
Gert
-
Whose ethics?
-
...... Of which there seem to be very few Gert, of any at all....... Pretty pathetic attitude all round....
-
Oh bummer! Luckily I have the brownie milk recipe and the lamington recipe which are both fab!
-
All bloggers and those who publish recipes as their own.
CP are you egging me on. Lol,
Gert
-
;D ha ha
If anyone is wanting particular recipes perhaps they can list them and someone here may have a copy. You could also try contacting HO direct as they still must be able to access the archived blog site.
-
What Meagan, even consultants were told it was being removed :o :o :o
-
I had no idea Judy but I guess it hasn't been active since the community was established.
-
That's probably the reason - it became superfluous after the birth of the Recipe Community.
-
I would love the brownie milk and lamination recipes if anyone has them - or are they already posted on here somewhere?
-
Well it WAS here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2084.0) with the link that will no longer work :'( :'( It works now, I've changed it to the new one - JD
Just had a look on RC and you will find it here (http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/brownie-milk/16922)

I'll put the new link on that recipe in case others are looking there for it.

Just not on my computer to check my copy of it.
-
NB my version of the recipe uses SR flour. I will email the community to amend.
