Title: thumbs up all round

Well, my thermomix arrived today and after a demonstration, im off and running. Did a quick hummus for pre dinner drinks, then whipped up the most amazing thai red chicken curry, straight out of the EDC book, only used bought paste instead of making my own. it was the best one any of us had had, the boys (26, 24 and hubby) loved it. Raved.
Oh how happy am I ! ;D ;D ;D
could not believe  how easy it all was, and so quick. I can see a whole new phase of life coming up for me in the kitchen!

Glad you enjoyed your first meal Helen.  There aren't a lot of reviews (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2002.0) for that recipe - perhaps when you get time you might like to add your review to the list.
