We enjoyed this with the Lamb Ragu. Very simple to make, and very complimentary to the dish. Not as stuffing as rice. Will definitely make again.

Don't know about you CP but I am not all that impressed with the book. I much prefer Helene's Mock rice recipe as you eliminate the risk of getting mash by blitzing it after it is cooked. What do you thin.

I don't know where my book is - my DH ordered it for me when it first went on sale, it hasn't arrived yet.
I hope it arrives before Xmas.

I've made cauliflower rice a few times now since getting my TMX although I do it the reverse way to Alyce. I put raw cauliflower into the TMX bowl and process on speed 4-5, reverse until it resembles rice (doesn't take long), then I steam it in the basket.
It makes a nice alternative to rice.

I knew I had seen a recipe for the cauliflower somewhere before! I don't think I have made Helene's recipe so I can't really compare. I just followed the recipe to a T and it worked out. I must say on a whole I do love Alyce's recipes. They are always simple, healthy and mostly very tasty. After a working day, I need this type of recipe. The low carb one is appealing to me at the moment as this is the year for me to shed some excess baggage.

Hi Katiej - just read your comment about your book not arriving! I am so sorry to hear that - the post at this time of year is definitely causing us headaches! If you would like to PM or email me the name the order was placed under I will be able to track it for you.
All the best and happy holidays! Alyce

Oh oh I feel a New Year's resolution thread coming on.
