Hi, this sounds silly but can some one tell this:-  everyone's reply have just a "Quote" box on the right hand corner, mine have three boxes why? What do I press when I want to reply?

Not sure why you have 3 quote boxes Winnie but when you want to reply (as you just did) you use the reply button at the bottom.
Use the quote button if you want to comment on something which has been said further back in the thread, not always necessary though.
