Hi everyone, I made cream of mushroom soup and no one likes it. Does anyone one have any recipe suggestions that I can use it in?
-
Maybe as a base for pasta to stir through with chicken and bacon??

As a base for chicken pie.

Slice and Sweat 2 to 3 onions.
Layer in casserole dish.
Brown some chicken joints and layer on top of onions.
Pour over chicken soup to almost cover the chicken.
Crumble up a packet of crisps mix with grated cheese and layer on top.
Bake 45 to 60 mins until, chicken down and top crispy.

Yum - great ideas ladies, thanks for the help. I decided to make Steak and Mushroom pies, very tasty, much nicer than the soup ;)

what a great idea DJ to use crisps as a topping mixed with cheese. LOL it's decades since I heard crisps called by their proper name rather than chips!!!!!

I know this is too late but here is another idea.
Take 500g mince and mix with a beaten egg, and chopped onion. Use your hand to pat it out into a flattened shape. Put smoked oysters and bacon slices down the long side. Carefully roll up and place into a casserole dish. Pour a tin of mushroom soup over it and bake in a moderate oven about an hour. The juice from the meat and the soup make a lovely gravy.
