Hello and welcome to all newbies, I apologise as I  have got rather behind with this thread and just wanted to say hi and welcome.
Enjoy the cooking and the recipes, there is so much help and so many brilliant cooks on here.
It's THE place to be, so much more than just how to use your  *:.

There seems to be a lot more newbies since i first posted this, and I welcome out all and am sorry I haven't responded individually.
My New Years resolution is to catch up with new members one by one when I can.
