Title: BBQ, Honey & Sweet Chilli Marinade
Post by: CreamPuff63 on December 03, 2012, 01:08:30 pm
Jazz up your grilled meats with this delicious marinade. My favourite to date.

Ingredients:
65g barbecue sauce
55g sweet chilli sauce
35g honey
15g peanut oil

Method:
Combine all ingredients in TM bowl 10 Seconds / Speed 7. Add meat to a ziploc bag and marinate in the fridge.

Note: This is enough for 2-4 people depending on the amount of meat you have. If you wish to make more (approx  1 cup,) it can be stored in a sterilised jar for up to a week the measurements are 2/3 cup BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup chilli sauce, 2T honey, 1T peanut oil

Oh it's delish 💝 I had sirloin steak, but I think it would be lovely with lamb and fine with chicken even. I will be doing it again soon.

Thanks CP for a great marinade. Jazzed up our pork chops nicely. Was super lazy and placed large snap bag in tmx bowl and weighed ingredients directly into bag.  Just squished ingredients around to mix then added meat. No dirty bowl to clean ;)
