Title: Pepperoni Quiche

Pepperoni Quiche:
Serves 6:
Ingredients:
500 ml milk
4 eggs
90g butter, melted
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup grated cheese
Thinly sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons chopped parsley and /or chives

Preparation:
Chop parsley and set aside.
Chop cheese and set aside.
Preheat oven to 180*
Place milk, eggs, flour and butter into bowl.  Speed 5/ 10 seconds.
Place sliced pepperoni over  the base of 25cm quiche plate. Scatter cheese and herbs over.
Carefully pour over egg mixture.
Bake until set, 35-45 minutes.

this was adapted from a similar recipe in the Women's Day

This looks yummy. Could I use chorizo instead?

I don't see why not. I only used pepperoni as I had some left over from pizza.

Thanks Cookie, my DS loves pepperoni and loves quiche so he should love this.
