I made these yesterday so they could sit overnight in the fridge. Such a quick and easy recipe.
I think my only tweak was to reduce the sugar by 10g and they were just right for us.
I warmed up some chocolate ganache that I had in the fridge to drizzle on the plate and I loved the warm chocolatey flavour with these, so would serve the same way again.
Very smooth and creamy, with just a hint of chocolate, we really enjoyed it.

Pannacotta, always a winner - great photo Julie.

Thank you. I think panna cottas are great too Judy, so simple and can be made a couple of days before needed. ;D
-
Brilliant photo JulieO - they look scrumptious.
-
Wow, definitely on my to do list, have always thought they would be too hard to make

Your photo has sold me on buying some Crio Bru Julie - which one do you use?
-
Wonder, this is the only thing I've used it in so far and I haven't tried it as a drink as yet so can't comment as to what that tastes like.
I bought the Cavalla as it's supposed to be the strongest of them, even so it gave just a hint of chocolate.
I look forward to being able to try the chilli beef recipe from FFS as well as other Tenina recipes now too. :)

Thanks Julie

They are all out of the smaller packets of the Crio Bru, so looks like I'll have to wait a little longer to try these.

Back in stock, but going fast! YIKES, we cannot keep up!

Thanks Tenina, I'll try ordering some.

I'm making these now and it's 10 am do you think they will be ready for tonight?
-
Yes I would think so Wonder.
-
Is anyone able to advise how many this will make - trying to figure out if I need to double the mixture to cater for about ten adults?
Thanks
-
You would need to double the recipe. From memory we made 6 from a single quantity
