The dough for this bread is so easy to work with. Dough in a ball as reciped stated, so,easy to roll into a circle. Used my spatula from Helens blog to cut the dough as it was on my TM matt.
Rolled up well, easy to do.
I added quite a few jalapenos, but you can have as few as you like.
I didn't have provolone cheese so used mozzarella.
Took 12 mins to cook in my miele oven.
Delicious, great for Summer bbqs :)

That looks really yummy. Where did you get the recipe?
-
The recipe is in Tenina's neew ebook, ES :D
-
ES yes Teninas christmas book.
Yes its delicious, will be gone in one day :)
-
I have an old jar of jalapenos in my fridge so might need to try this on the weekend.
Thinking some more I think I threw them out when I cleaned the fridge last weekend.
-
Hally, I cannot believe you have already made something from this book! Clearly you arent wasting any time looking out of your window at the workmen next door ;) ;D ;D You go, girl - cant wait to read more of your reviews! :-*
PS: Hally, what settings did you use on the Miele oven?
-
Photos look great Hally.
-
Beautiful H.
Gert
-
Looks great H
-
wow, Hally - you sure didn't let any grass grow under your feet!!! Congratulations! and many thanks for the review!! - It looks wonderful! :D

Yes thank you, love a good bread :)
-
That looks amazing. That method of rolling up the slices sounds easier than cutting into long strips like I did with my pizza pull apart on the weekend.
I've got the Ebook as well but I'm still reading my way through the recipes. Wow, you jumped right into it. Good on you.
-
You are totally amazing! I bow down to your amazing ness…Seriously, This is going onto my FB page…thanks for the great review and gorgeous pics….

Not sure if the spunky guys were there today, , might investigate tomorrow :)
-
Tenina, hope my humble bread helps you :) but I doubt it.
:)
-
All gone!!
Must make more :)
-
hahahaha, I know…delish.
Very more-ish…not the sort of thing that has time to get stale.
Love your work!
;D
-
Hally, thanks. You were certainly speedy.
-
Gosh Hally - way to go! I have only just bought mine. Will definitely give this bread a go.
-
Fantastic Hally, I'm only just catching up on this new eBook of Tenina's. Have just bought it and downloading it now. Also need to download onto iPad.
-
Looks great Hally. :)
-
Thank you everyone. So so easy :)
Downloaded it on my ipad in bed, had a look though, jumped out of bed & decided it was morning tea. LOL
-
Love your thinking Halex!! ;D ;D
-
Just made this didn't have any Provolone cheese, just used cheddar, not jalapeño, used olives stuffed with jalapeño sliced, loved this dough to work with as Hally said so easy to use, my springform is smaller, I had one piece that wouldn't fit, that was mine for lunch. Very nice, I am taking the pull apart to have with a drink or 3 while sailing on the swan river tonight. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/11/23/yvyjy5e6.jpg)
-
Yum, bet it goes in one day :)
-
Yummo!
Gert

Looks really good Jenni. I have provolone but no jalapenos (too hot). Should I just use a long chilli in place of?
-
My kids love the Bakers Delight spinach and fetta pull-aparts ....... I am going to try this recipe as a base for making my own (hopefully better) version of that. Any suggestions from the experts?
-
I think my neighbours want more of this bread as a plate of Jalapenos were left by my front door.
Next time making this one & one for kids, great for school lunches & afternoon tea. Probably put bacon & sweetcrn in for kids next time. Will use parmesan & mozarelaas that worked really well.
The dough recipe is fantastic, have fun Karen :)
-
Trying this tomorrow, the photos look so good.
-
I made this into a spinach and fetta pull-apart tonight;
Reduced the parmesan and provolone to 70g each (actually used mozzarella instead) and added 60g fetta to the mix.
Got fresh baby spinach leaves, washed and dried, stems plucked off - sliced up roughly.
Followed the recipe, but sprinkled cheeses and spinach onto dough instead before slicing up and rolling it.

I will try it out on the kids tomorrow and get their verdict: Mine vs Bakers Delight :D :D
-
Oh, yours has to win hands down Karen - how gorgeous does that look.
-
Karen - you'll be putting BD out of business!! That just looks amazing!!! :D
-
Everyone knows that Tenina the ThermoMixtress recipes ALWAYS work and enspire us to to experiment. She is a genius. I expect she is sorely missed at HO. Go Tenina.
Gert
-
Karen that looks awesome. I am making this tomorrow, how many pieces did you cut the circle into?
-
Wow Karen that looks great. I'm sure the boys will love it.
-
It looks amazing Karen.
-
It sure does. Love the sound of that combo too. :D
-
Gorgeous Karen :)

My tummy is rumbling reading this thread!!! ;D
All the photos look great!! C'mon Santa! :D
-
Ok who is next with their version.
Gert
-
It's me (dough is resting as we speak). Doing bacon and sweet chilli in lieu of jalapeños.
-
This is my version using bacon pieces and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Not as impressive as everyone else's but hopefully yummy.

-

-
Newbie question: Is this from Tenina's book "For Food's Sake"? Where can I find the ebook? Was looking at her website but could only find the app "Dinner Spinner"...
-
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11808.0
Should find the link in this thread, ThermieLove....pg3
-
Whoops, I just noticed the title of the thread. Sorry, honest newbie mistake! Thanks Astarra for the info xxxx
-
I have just taken this out of the oven. Of course I had to taste it. Lovely lovely lovely. Thank you Tenina. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/11/25/ybuza2u9.jpg)
This could be used as the basis for so many things. I have already been asked to try a custard and fruit mince one.
-
Mmmm, these all look so good. I'm off to a BBQ next weekend and although I've been tasked with bringing dessert I might take one of these along as well. The big question is... what fillings should I do?
-
That's the hard part.
-
Looks really good Cookie. :D
-
Great pull apart cookie. Custard one sounds nice but could be messy!
-
Loving this recipe so am now thinking maybe I will try it for Mum's 90th birthday lunch here on Saturday. Could I make it the day beforehand do you think?
-
It's probably best warm straight out of the oven. But the boys and I heated some up for breakfast today and it was still nice. So yes you could get away with it at a pinch.
-
I'll check out the times then Kimmy, it will be an early lunch as part of the family have to move on to something else mid afternoon. I will have to be very organised to get it done early if I bake it that morning.
-
Judy, we are just finishing off the spinach and fetta one, 3 days after I made it, and it is still great! I reckon you could definitely get away with making it the day before, and if you want it warm, "refresh" it for 15-20 seconds in the microwave.
-
Yum yum yum made this like KarenH with feta and spinach, I had to laugh KarenH as ours only made it for one day all gone ;D but good to know still fine after 3 :)
-
Thanks girls, lots to think about with this lunch so have taken everything on board.
-
Made a cheese and bacon one yesterday, I found it a little heavier thank I was expecting but tastes great. We only ate a few slices yesterday but its lovely toasted today.(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/11/26/byjaze8e.jpg)
-
Looks good Wonder. :D
-
Looks delicious!
-
Lovely pull apart wonder.
-
You have all outdone yourselves - all the loaves look fantastic. I can't wait to get home and download this ebook.
-
I made a cheese (tasty & parmesan) and olive version of this yesterday to take to a BBQ. Like Wonder said, it was a little 'heavier' in texture than I was expecting - almost cakey - but everyone seemed to enjoy it.
-
So interesting to see this recipe on the webinar today - but the picture wasn't clear enough to see how she placed them in the baking dish, and how it looked. I wanted to see how the little "croissants" connected to each other. I will definitely plan to make this at some point soon.
-
I was going to make this today, after watching Tenina, but it's too hot, so tomorrow it is on the menu.
-
It sure was jeninwa. This is a lovely bread.
-
I made this on Sat for a gathering with people who are not very adventurous with their food and even tho it contained chillies they all loved it. I put the rolls on on their end and they broke apart beautifully. I cut it into approx 32 little triangles so each large end was approx 5-10cm wide.
-
I made it today, but I didn't understand how big the circle should be, and it could have been a bit larger. I also wasn't sure how many pieces to cut into, and I think I should have aimed for at least twelve-fifteen. I will also ensure I chop the jalapeños into small pieces, as we got mouthfuls of heat interspersed with plainer bread. For a first run, it was good, but I can do better.
-
A lovely positive attitude Sarah.
