If I were to cook the creamy salami pasta in tmx but used penne instead of fettuccine, is it goin to break up?
-
Uni to the rescue....

Are you wanting to cook the pasta with the sauce?
Reverse & soft speed or spee 1 shoud be OK.
I cook mine in the thermoserve, pour boilung water over & it is nearly cooked, its al dente at this stage, then I add to tm bowl, reverse 100 soft spped works well for a couple of mins or until cooked.

Looks very yummy Zada. :D

Zada that looks good. We love pasta in my house so i will try this. I have been using spirals and find that the tmx "un twists" them. Penne looks good so will use it from now on. Thanks :)
-
Wow that looks amazing, Zada. :)
How did it taste?
-
Was yum! Tastes better than with the fettuccine. I did cook it for 13 mins instead of the 8 mins tho
-
Yum! I often use penne, it holds up really much better than spirals. I also use shells, they work well too.
-
Looks great Zada. That recipe is a favourite in our house except they cook the pasta on the stove top and then add the sauce.
-
Must try it, have to admit never look at edc.
